Ashley Damm is the visionary heart behind Your Space Collective — a sanctuary for creativity, connection, and soulful entrepreneurship. She began her career at Nordstrom at age seventeen, quickly developing a passion for elevated service, community-building, and personal brand connection. By eighteen, she stepped into leadership, gaining hands-on business experience through immersive training and development programs, where she discovered a love for people, beautiful things, and the quiet magic of meaningful connection.
At twenty-one, she moved to San Diego, where her world expanded and her career unfolded. Alongside years of leadership and growth, she nurtured a lifelong love for vintage fashion and design — drawn to timeless details, well-loved stories, and the artistry of the past.
After welcoming twin sons, Luke and Seven, Ashley stepped away from corporate life to fully embrace motherhood and community. As her children grew, so did her vision — to create a home for artists, healers, teachers, and dreamers. With the deep belief and support of her husband, Bradford Damm — and the aligned friendship and powerful collaboration with Megan Maher — that dream came alive as Your Space Collective.
Today, Ashley continues to build spaces where people feel seen, supported, inspired, and empowered to grow their gifts.
